Newsreport gathered that the management of Oladips, in an Instagram post on November 15, 2023, disclosed the passing away of the rapper on November 14, 2023.

However, Nigerian rapper Qdot debunks the death rumor in an Instagram post, revealing that his colleague and friend Oladips is still alive.

In a video earlier shared via the insta-stories section of his official Instagram page today, November 23, 2023, Oladips confirms that he faked his death.

In another Instagram live video today, Oladips tells Nigerians to pray for him as he discloses that he is not good enough to address people. He stated that he would tell his side of the story.

He wrote, “When I feel like I’m good enough to address everybody, I will come on live and tell you people my side of the story, so that is actually what I came to talk about. Pray for Oladips. Thank you.”
