A well-known musician and the head of the YBNL record label, Olamide Adedeji “Badoo,” has been named the brand ambassador for the National Lottery of Nigeria (National Game).
NewsReport gathered that Olamide was introduced when the Federal Government, through Elrae Technologies Ltd., established the National Lottery Nigeria (National Game), in an effort to amuse and improve the lot of Nigerians. Olamide is also the Explainer-in-Chief and Ambassador Plenipotentiary for the brand.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of National Game, Mr. Abiodun Akintaju, said the activity of the National Game in recent time was something that had never been seen in the history of lottery games in Nigeria, adding that On-Air Personality, IK Osakioduwa, ‘The Wild Child’, would anchor the game show and coordinate its programmes.
He said the game was designed as a social intervention tool that would directly and positively affect the lives of Nigerians through the payment of mouthwatering prizes and the “Good Causes” Foundation, which would directly support sports, youths, education, health provision, provision of succour at times of grief; and much more.
Accepting the ambassadorial appointment, Olamide expressed excitement to be a part of the brand. He hailed the organisers and the brand “for the part this decision will play in the Corporate Social Responsibility space.
Olamide said the national game would give back to the society, making them further believe in achieving their desired fulfilment in the dreams of the nation.
