NewsReport gathered that Kunle Afolayan, a filmmaker, has announced a collaboration with Netflix and the School of Cinematic Arts (SCA) to bring film and television industry training to Africa.
On Tuesday, the filmmaker announced the news through Instagram.
“Obtain a joint certificate from the KAP Academy and the USC School of Cinematic Art.” Netflix and the USC School of Cinematic Arts are introducing film and television industry training in Africa.
“In Nigeria, the KAP Film and Television Academy will hold post-production workshops.” The University of Southern California’s (USC) School of Cinematic Arts (SCA) and Netflix have collaborated on a series of training courses in Africa.
“The first in the series of talent development initiatives is a post-production training program in collaboration with Kunle Afolayan Productions (KAP) Film and Television Academy,” he announced.
