How Access Bank’s Advancement in USSD Security Is Protecting Customers From Fraud
Access Bank PLC introduced the 901911# USSD code, a solution that allows consumers to respond quickly to avoid fraudulent activity on their accounts, in search of best-in-class ways to preserve our customers’ resources.
Customers with any account type can deactivate a USSD profile by dialing 901911# from any phone and entering the registered phone number for the account to be protected, which automatically locks off fraudsters from the account.
Over the years, Access Bank has remained committed to educating its customers, informing and protecting them from fraudsters. The Bank has created dedicated pages on its official website that constantly update customers on the schemes fraudsters employ to defraud them while bringing to public notice the quickest platforms to access help in the event of any suspected fraud case.
