The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria commissioned thousands of affordable homes in 2023.
The Bank commissioned:
404 Housing Units in Enugu (Frame 1)351 Housing Units in Kano (frame 2)180 Housing Units in Anambra (frame 3)28 Housing Units in Lekki, Lagos (frame 4), and Many more
The Bank has thousands of homes under construction across the 36 states and the FCT to provide affordable homes to Nigerians. The Bank has over 33,000 Housing Units spread across 36 States and the FCT.

Recall that PBAT promised to deliver at least 300,000 homes annually to Nigerians in his manifesto.
