On Monday, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, Spiritual Director of the Ministry for Adoration, Enugu, in vain, awaited an official invitation from the Department of State Services.
NewsReport gathered that the priest would not visit the DSS office until he received the formal invitation from a source in the cathedral on Tuesday.
DSS operatives invaded the Minister of Adoration on Thursday, 3 June to send Mbaka a letter of invitation to Abuja for questioning.

Although they did not meet the cleric, they were requested to return to see him on Monday.
On Tuesday, the PUNCH learned that Mbaka waited for Monday’s security workers, but they did not appear.
A priest who had been with him that day told our representative that Mbaka did not leave his office and added that he deliberately waited to be invited by the officers.
“Luckily, we saw no one or letter on Monday from 6:30 pm. As it is, no letters of invitation were sent from the DSS to Fr Mbaka,” continued the source.
When asked whether Mbaka will travel to the Abuja DSS’s office, he responded, “No. Dad informed me he’s not going to go to Abuja till he’s invited.”
The priest said recently that the president was rejected by God, and his leadership was sad.
The Catholic Diocese of Enugu also reacted to the trend by telling the priest to be called by the DSS letter.
“The church will react if the DSS sends an invitation letter to P. Mbaka or if it comes to him. He is a Divine Communications Director, P. Benjamin Achi. We have to protect him and he is our priest.
“Yesterday (Monday) he (Mbaka) waited, but nobody was seen.”
