This online information gathered that one of the training flight pilot Lt. Abubakar Alkali, a Nigerian Air Force (NAF) officer died in the plane crash, has been named.

While on a training exercise, the aircraft, believed to be a Super Mushak, crashed within a NAF base.

In a statement signed by Alhaji Sule Dauda, the family of the dead pilot conveyed the terrible news.

The officer was buried following to Islamic traditions at the NAF base Central Mosque in Kaduna on Tuesday evening, according to the statement.
