Davido, a well-known Nigerian musician, received over N120 million from his friends on Wednesday.
The superstar had joked that he needed N100 million to get his Rolls Royce out of the port.
Davido immediately shared his account details on his verified Twitter handle and Instagram.
His tweet read. “If you know I’ve given you a hit song, send me money, Una knows your selves oh.
“I wan clear my Rolls Royce from port abeg.”
In a few minutes, the 30BG crooner got over N26m from friends.
Giving updates on his Instagram stories, the singer had received over N120m at the time of writing this report in about six hours since he made the request.
The musician reached his target in less than six hours and the money kept pouring in.
