Sari Iganmu Orile Police Station Resumed Activities

Recall, during the End Sars protest Sari Iganmu Orile Police Station was the first police station that was set ablaze by hoodlums before others follows.

NewsReport Nigeria gathered that activities as began in the station despite the fact that the station is still under construction.

Before the station start activities people leaving within this area lives in fear because of hoodlums houses shops were attacked by this hoodlums on a day time.

This hoodlums makes attempt to invade a filling station on sari Iganmu Orile road by the police station road, but the boys on the street stopped them from operations not to vandalized the filling station, because they were not allowed they took revenge on shops around the area and some houses took away valuable things from them in the area.

According to someone who refused to mention is name said before the police resumed it as not been easy at all staying around because no one could stop them.

They operate with gun cutlass and other harmful objects to collect phone and other valuable gadget from people.

This as been what we have been facing in the area all this while just before the station resumed that now gives us rest of mind within the community.

Another person in the residents says we still need support from the government thought there is peace at sari Iganmu Orile presently since the station resumed he also told our correspondent his experience during the riot and protest between police men and hoodlums in the area.

I will not like to say much cause it’s not easy at all during that time it’s only God that spear my live which I thank God.

At the Police Station today there was a discuss and what was happening in the station was not disclosed.
