The bank shared this information in an email sent to customers on Saturday. The message explained that the change is due to the bank’s scheduled half-year audit.

The statement said, “Please be informed that our branches nationwide will close early on Monday, June 30, 2025, for our half-year audit.”

It also listed different closing times based on locations across the country.

“Please note the early closing times below: Upcountry Branches – 2:00 p.m.; Lagos Branches – 3:00 p.m.,” the bank stated.

GTBank told customers to use its digital channels for transactions during the early closure period.

The bank said normal hours will return on Tuesday, July 1. It thanked customers for their understanding and support during the audit. (NAN)
