NewsReport gathered that the Rivers State Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has sworn in Chinelo Chidubem Odili, the daughter of Supreme Court Justice Mary Odili, as a High Court Judge.

Popnen Sylvester Sunday, Daketima Gabriel Kio, and Nsirim Chinwe Amanda were sworn in alongside the younger Odili.

Justices Popnen S. Sunday and Daketima G. Kio were both private legal practitioners prior to their elevation, while Justices Nsirim and Chinelo C. Odili were Chief Magistrates.

Another daughter of Justice Mary Odili was sworn in as a judge of the Federal High Court in Abuja last month.
