These appointments were made to fill the vacancies created by the exit of Mr. A. Udah, Mr. A. Satumari, Mrs. R. Shehu, and Mr. U.I. Baba.

Mr. Akinlade, Atanda Mutalib, FCA
Mr. Akinlade, Atanda Mutalib, FCA, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Born on June 10, 1963, and hailing from Ogun State, he is a distinguished member of several professional bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and the US Information Systems Audit and Control Association. Currently, he serves as the managing partner of M.A. AKINLADE & CO.

 

*AIG Dauda, Dabban Idrisu (Rtd)*
AIG Dauda, Dabban Idrisu (Rtd), has been appointed as a non-executive director. Born on the 1st of October 1963 and hailing from Niger State, he holds a B.A.Ed. in Education from Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto (1988), and a master’s in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice from Abu Zaria. A distinguished career with the Nigeria Police Force saw him retire as Assistant Inspector General of Police in 2023.

 

*CP Adegbuyi, Samuel Damilola (Rtd)*
CP Adegbuyi, Samuel Damilola (Rtd), has also been appointed as a non-executive director. Born on February 13, 1957, and hailing from Ogun State, he holds a BSc in Business Administration from Livingston University, Livingston, Alabama, USA (1981). Having commenced his career with the Nigeria Police Force in 1984, he retired as Commissioner of Police in 2014.

 

Mr. Abah, Friday Aduojo
Mr. Abah, Friday Aduojo, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. Born on May 8, 1978, and hailing from Kogi State, he holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Kogi State University and a Masters of Law degree from the University of Lagos. Additionally, he was called to the Nigeria Bar in 2006 and is a Chartered Administrator, currently serving as a partner at Pearl Attorney.

 

 

It is important to note that the appointment of these directors is subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria and shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
