An eyewitness provided an account of the events, describing the victim as the individual whose name has not been disclosed. According to the eyewitness, the young man went to the land accompanied by a surveyor to measure the area intended for sale, in the Adentra area. Ghana.
The eyewitness reported that the landguards demanded a fee from the surveyor, and when the parties could not reach an agreement, the shooting occurred, resulting in the death of the landowner.
