“I express my heartfelt condolences to the family of late Sylvester (Jnr) Oromoni, a 12-year-old Dowen College student in Lagos.
As a parent, I understand the anguish that Sylvester’s death has caused his parents and the entire family. Not only is the incident sad, but it is also disturbing and heartbreaking.
As a result, I’ve ordered a thorough investigation into the situation. But, while that is going on, I’d like to extend to Sylvester’s parents and the entire Lagos citizenry,
