Aliko Dangote 65th birthday, President Muhammadu Buhari eulogized , Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dangote Group, stressing that as a consummate businessman, his footprints are in important areas of the economy.


In a statement released in Abuja on Sunday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Chief Femi Adesina, the President praised Dangote’s outstanding achievements in the manufacturing and delivery of food goods, which have made him a household name.


He stated he gathered family members, friends, and partners to celebrate the milestone with the business magnate while rejoicing with him.


“The President celebrates the remarkable occasion with the Dangote Group, which includes management and members of staff, as well as the numerous visionary leaders, that daily redefine the livelihoods of Nigerians for the better, and drive competitiveness in the economy with a clear ranking of excellence in the provision of goods and services.” according to the statement.


“As Alhaji Dangote turns 65, President Buhari affirms the footprints of the consummate businessman in key sectors of the economy, and the remarkable results achieved in the production and supply of food items, making him a household name.


“More recently, his dynamism in buoying the economy through heavy investments in building Africa’s largest refinery, fertiliser manufacturing company, and cement factories.”


The President further said he appreciated the patriotism, simplicity, and wisdom that Dangote has consistently displayed, making Nigeria and Nigerians his first priority, while setting an example for many that charity truly begins at home.


President Buhari wished him greater service to God, his country, and humanity.
