Akmodel Allocates Plots Of Land To Smart Investors, Awardee
Akmodel Homes and Properties is in the news again for another good reason, being that clients who had fully paid up for their piece of land in one of their estates – Akmar Court Phase 2 Extension were allocated their plots.
The Managing Director of Akmodel Group, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade was on the ground to present the plots and documents to Mr. Ibedu Sabestin Okechukwu and Mr. Enebechi Chibusor Christopher who were the latest landowners through the company and they were both excited and happy about this.
Recall also that at the company’s second year anniversary in November 2022, one of the staff – Miss Loveth Elochukwu Chinaecherem, was awarded a plot of land as One of Outstanding Staff of the Year.
The Managing Director of Akmodel Group, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade said:
“When I made the promise then, the property was sold at the rate of N1.5million but now the price of the same property is going for N4million! Irrespective of that fact, the promise was fulfilled today 18, June 2023 and Miss Loveth Elochukwu Chinaecherem was allocated a plot of land too at Akmar Court Phase 2 Extension to the glory of God Almighty.”
He affirmed that real estate is the business to invest into anytime.
Again the MD said:
“Even if it’s only one person that made full payment, allocation of land/documents must be carried out because to us at Akmodel Group, one client is like ten clients.”
