The Entry Level Training Program is a comprehensive development journey crafted to transform talented graduates into future-ready professionals equipped with technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of modern banking.
Participants will undergo an intensive learning experience at the School of Banking Excellence (SBE), Access Bank’s world-class training academy. The SBE serves as an immersive platform where future bankers are challenged to think critically, innovate boldly, and operate with the highest ethical and professional standards.
Through structured coursework, mentorship, and real-world projects, participants are prepared to make an immediate impact within Access Bank’s diverse operational areas, from digital banking and retail management to corporate and investment services.
Program Tracks and Eligibility Criteria
Access Bank’s 2025 ELTP offers three distinct tracks, each tailored to specific career interests and skill sets.
1. ELTP Graduate Track
This track targets ambitious and high-achieving graduates who aspire to shape the future of banking. Candidates are expected to demonstrate exceptional analytical thinking, creativity, and leadership potential.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1)degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Nigeria.
- Possession of a personal laptop and access to a reliable internet connection.
Successful candidates will undergo an in-depth induction that combines classroom training with hands-on exposure across Access Bank’s operations, designed to prepare them for long-term leadership roles.
2. ELTP Retail Track
This track is designed for individuals who excel in relationship management, customer service, and sales-driven environments. Participants will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial inclusion through the Bank’s nationwide branch network.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Minimum of a Second-Class Lower Division (2:2)degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
- Completion of the NYSC program.
- Legal right to work in Nigeria.
- Access to a personal laptop and stable internet connection.

3. ELTP Tech Track

Eligibility Requirements:
- Minimum of a Second-Class Lower Division (2:2)degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated interest in technology, digital innovation, or software development.
- Completion of the NYSC program.
- Eligibility to work in Nigeria, with access to necessary digital tools and reliable internet.
Participants in this track will contribute to product innovation, cybersecurity, data analytics, and technology-driven banking initiatives.
General Application Guidelines
- Candidates must apply for only one track. Submitting multiple applications will result in automatic disqualification.
- Applicants must reside in, or be eligible to work in, Nigeria.
